Advance registration ends 5:00 PM EST, Feb. 24, 2006

Late registration ends 5:00 PM EST, March 10, 2006.

After March 10, 2006 participants must register on site beginning on March 26, 2006.

Hotel Information

The two conference hotels for CGO are the On-The-Ave hotel (single rooms) and The Lucerne (double rooms). For more information, including discount rates, see the Hotel Registration page.

Spamalot Policy

This year's CGO excursion is to the Broadway show Spamalot!

Date: Tuesday 8pm onwards
Tickets: $10 for any person who registers for the CGO main conference.
Guest Tickets: $90 for each additional ticket.

Ticket availability is limited.
Tickets will be given with preference to conference attendees.
Tickets will be distributed on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Guest tickets may be limited to one per attendee.

Visa Letters

Those requiring visa letters for CGO must send an email to Christoph von Praun at praun AT us.ibm.com with a subject line "visa letter request".

Visa letters will only be issued to:

Speakers/Presenters
Committee Members
Attendees who have paid their registration fee in full and are not from one of the countries embargoed by the U.S. Treasury Departments Office of Foreign Assets Control.

Visa letters will state only the following facts:

Conference title, dates and location
That the requester has paid the required registration fee in full
If they are either a committee member, speaker, or presenter
